What is the Lifetime Package and who can purchase it?

It is not uncommon for new software solutions to promote a lifetime offer during the initial launch to help encourage users to register. Our development team has had success with offering packages like this is the past. Below is more information as it relates to the lifetime package.

How long will my account remain active?

For as long as REA Rates exists which will hopefully be for many years to come. The servers used for this platform are also used by other platforms developed by the EBOSS Group which has been around since 2014. Accordingly, the company has longevity and sees this as a solution that will be around for a long time.

Who can get the Lifetime Package?

It is only for individual real estate agents. If a broker wants all of the agents in his/her team to have lifetime access, they must understand that the accounts will belong to the individual agents. Therefore, if the agent moves to another real estate company, the account would follow that agent.

Can I cancel my Lifetime Package?

You can cancel your account if you would like, but since there are no future charges, there is no reason to cancel your account as long as you are an active real estate agent. That said, if an agent purchases a lifetime package and they believe that it is not compliant with the NAR guidelines or with their MLS, they can request a full refund prior to January 1, 2025. This gives agents an opportunity to lock in this special pricing while also monitoring any changes to the NAR guidelines in the coming months. The team working on REA Rates will also be monitoring guidelines and working with agents to make sure it is compliant with the state where they are licensed.
