If I cancel my account can I get a refund?

The lifetime package of REA Rates is offering the ability to cancel an account and request a refund (minus the 4% transaction fee) through January 1, 2025. This allows you flexibility to make sure that the platform remains in compliance with NAR guidelines.

If you purchase an annual subscription and believe that within 30 days of purchase the platform is not in compliance with state or NAR guidelines you may cancel your account and receive a full refund (minus the 4% transaction fee).

Refunds are not offered for monthly subscriptions since they are less than $5 per month and you can cancel at any time.
