When do changes go into effect?

The National Association of Realtors mandatory MLS policy changes must be implemented by August 17, 2024.

The settlement requires NAR to implement changes no later than that date. Accordingly, it is very possible the MLS you are a part of has already made the change or announced a date prior to August 17 that their changes will go live.
