How can a buyer agent who has not heard of REA Rates view my listings and the corresponding rates?

First, it does not matter if you embed your widget on your website or if you link directly to your unique REA Rates URL. Once a buyer's agent visits the page, he/she will be able to create a FREE Buyer's Account to view your listings.

Once they create their free account, they will be redirected to your listings page on REA Rate's website and they will receive a temporary username and password based on their registration information.

The only information they will be able to access at that point is your listings. Once they have then created their account, they can come back anytime and simply login to view any new listings you have marked as Active.
