How do I add a listing to my REA Rates account?
For starters, make sure you are subscribed to one of our packages. Buyer's agents, for example, do not have the ability to add listings (they can only view listings).
If you are logged in, simply visit the "My Listings" tab in the menu to view a page that shows all your listings (Active and Inactive). From there, simply click the "Add" Button in the top row of the table and it will create a new listing in your account.

Once you have "added" the listing, simply click on the "View Details" link on the right side of the newly added row. You'll easily identify the row since there will not be an address or any other information displayed on the row other than "Active."

Once you have accessed the details page, make sure you enter information into all of the required fields (highlighted in yellow). It is also recommended that you upload the signed PDF that is your Cooperative Compensation Agreement so that buyer's agents can clearly see what your seller is willing to pay to the buyer's agent.
From there, the buyer's agent can then download and sign the form or reach out to you for any Off-MLS negotiation regarding the listing.
Compensation Rates Field: Note that when entering information into this field, use just a number if the compensation is percent based. For example, 2.5 or 2.75 or 3. You do not need to enter the percent symbol. Make sure that if you want to enter anything other than a percent, you type something that is 5 or more characters long so the system knows it is not a percent. For example:
- Flat Rate
- No Compensation
- None Offered
- Contact Me
- View Attached File
- etc.
